the reference is a short story by a wonderful sci-fi author. She talks about a lost Czech video game that stars Porto, one of many coal miners who suffered from Soviet human experimentation (stabbings in the elbows). Porto wakes up alone from a head injury and spends the game finding a way out and discovering just what the hell happened.

is it me or proportion are a bit off? Something with legs arms and neck but i am not sure what

they are - part of the "game" is that Porto randomly gets bigger or smaller, making puzzles harder or easier
