Looking over the first few pages again, all the way back to the first page you could tell the doctor was wearing thin and that a break down was close, so this isn't really much of a surprise, and I love that. I love that with observation alone you could tell how bad it's gotten from them, how tired of death and pain they are. You sir deserve a gold star for this bit of story telling.

the shading is amazing i especially like the shading and colouring in panel 3 with the x-rays, the angle and all, it looks great!
