They're not going to display it. They don't display any of this paintings because he won't let them - they're his personal demons being worked out in a safe method and displaying them would be uncomfortable.

Thought it would be a painting of Quen seeing himself as an evil person (since he asked Viktor if he thought he was evil in an earlier page). I feel like Quen is a character who can see the good in others but not in himself, like a tortured soul type of character.

I suppose you COULD see the nude Quen and Vic if you squinted hard enough while really high...
My weak attempt to interpret this is that the right half represents how he's asked/received things all his life with the loss of flesh on that side showing how much it hurts him for it, while the other side shows how his attempts at helping/giving back have ended in failure, while facing away attempting to walk away from all this, and the spine showing how he'll forever be attached to it.
