Description
I made this mouse cursor of the April - December transition Marc Davis originally designed.Its one of my favorites.

Why are there two of the exact same thing right next to each other? That's quite unnecessary.
Also, that would be a rather unwieldy cursor; it's huge.

In the series of drawings this was taken from, the first portait, of the straight faced girl, is in "April" of her life (as if the different months represented the stages of her life) and is a serious teenager. Then the next shot, which you think is the same, is her in "June" in which her hair gains a curl, smiles, and she winks in a flirtatious manner.
The .gif that you see is bigger just to show the animation. Windows automatically adjusts the size of all mouse cursors to what it can handle, so when a person downloads the cursor and sets it up to be used it will be the correct size. Most animated picture cursors are for when the operating system is "busy" or working on a request, and you should wait until it is done, so an animated cursor gives you something to look at.
