Description
This is our ship's arboretum, Deck 2. (The old officer's mess was converted into an arboretum/botany lab, and the mess and lounge was moved to Deck 3, where there's a window facing the FRONT of the ship!) In this lab, plants are force-grown from the planet we happen to be orbiting and researching. The ship stays in orbit/in system for several months, doing detailed research on that world. UNLESS we happen to receive a distress call or orders to change missions to Emergency Response, because we ARE a First Response vessel doing medical research.
