This is the same as the earlier post, of the Docking Port, only labeled, so components are clear. The two energizers are anybody's guess, but my own are either the dematerializers for the raw replicator matter, or, the pattern buffers for the transporters (2 on a Nova Class.) John Lees never explained it!
