Description
Docking Port 3D image, USS Twilight NCC-74413, and all Nova Class starships. There are two docking ports on Deck 3 of all Nova Class ships, Port and Starboard; this is indicated by the red round circle on the models and images, right where the impulse engine housing is. I had to move a few items on John Lees original blueprints, because obviously he was not aware of it. The facility comprises two sections: the airlock where the transparent aluminum boarding tunnel connects to the ship from the starbase, and the suiting up room, with a number of spacesuits, in case the crew is exiting the ship in deep space to conduct inspections or repairs. Nearby are two storage facilities containing 24 cubic meters of raw replicator matter each, port and starboard, for materializing food in replicators. The ship's two Pattern Buffers for the transporters and food replicators are also located here. (The personnel transporter rooms are located on Decks 2 & 3, forward in the primary hull.) The corridor running between the two units leads directly to the Main Cargo Bay (Cargo Bay 1.)
