Despite having half of his torso torn clean off of his massively mighty body (www.deviantart.com/dickgrayson… ), Captain Invincible did not hesitate to take on the enhanced #Symbiotes , and protected the freedom of his crush, Rella! Blood was streaming incessantly from him, and the shock and agony of such a brutal attack would have sent anyone else into a coma, but not the Captain. He was too keenly in love with her he was willing to sacrifice himself just to make her happy, safe and feel loved, even if it meant reuniting her with her long-lost boyfriend in the other dimension.
"I am only here to reciprocate the freedom you have shown me!" he had said to Rella.

P.S. I might add a little backstory about Rella and the Captain later because Rella is a much more amazing individual than the current panels in the comic have given her credit for.
