Now, Bulla and Goten don't bother me as long as Bulla is over 17 years old.
That being said, the same goes for Bulla and Android 17.
I DON'T CARE!!! I just don't want pedophilia happening...
I think that it's actually kinda cute... I could see it happening IF Bulla and Marron were super close and Bulla spent a lot of time around Marron and her family... Same goes for Pan.
Anyways this will probably be a cover for a story... So... yeah...

I ship Goten and Bulla as long as she is at least a legal adult when she gets with him. I have a problem with shipping her with Android 17 because it has been recently revealed that he got married not long after the Cell Saga to a zoologist who is unnamed right now, but if someone ships Bulla with Android 17, I don't have a problem with that. It does annoy me when someone calls a Goten and Bulla fan a pedophile even though most fans of the couple make Bulla a legal adult when they get her with Goten in a fic. Liking a couple with an age gap doesn't make a person a pedophile if both people are consenting adults.

Okay, Maybe I'm looking too far into this but: *deep breath*
Bra's groin is pressed up against 17's, maybe she's getting something sexual from 17 that she's not getting from Goten. Sorta like how VXB started out as a purely sexual relationship and then the emotions came? IDK She also doesn't have her hand firmly on 17 like she does Goten, maybe she's afraid he'll run? 17's looking at her intensely, impatiently, but kinda nervously too, Almost like he's afraid she'll choose Goten over him because he does have feelings for her but can't bring himself to say it. Goten just wants Bra back and maybe she does want him back, ergo their intertwined fingers. But Bra looks like she might let go. And if she does choose Goten, 17 will leave her for good (jacket).

I guess Goten and Bra would go through periods of 'OMG this is going so well!' to 'Oh...you're treating me like I'm your sister now...maybe we should break up.' After years and years and years of that their relationship begins to crumble and in comes Marron's incredibly hot/frustrating/rude/arrogant uncle who is now an employee at Capsule Corp. Bulma struggles to cope with the massive amount of deja vu. 17 sneaking out of her room at four am. Goten finding out and begging for a second chance. Vegeta finding out, nearly killing 17, but it doesn't faze him and he keeps going back to Bra.
Bra ever so slowly falling in love with 17 and not realizing it, and him doing the same with her.

I guess they must not know, that the youngest age of consent for kids in Japan, to engage with older men and women is 13.In fact, not to be messed up or anything... but I think Bra may have already started dating in GT. As for my opinion of B/Gt... @_@ Personally, I can't see Bra "liking" Goten. The strenuous amount of OOC to even make those two work is sort mind boggling to me. I personally thing Bra would get bored, control Goten and boss him around. Trunks as a kid already did that on his own without even trying. 
B/17... I ship them pretty hard. Gotta remember Bra is Bulma and Vegeta's kid. Cool, cocky and tough. I don't think I'll write a whole paragraph explaining and expressing why I support those two. Head cannon says the attraction would be too instant. Lol.
