Personally, when Tatanga was actually just used by Wario to distract Mario and be one of the minions to be beaten, I don't think he really someone I want to replace Bowser with. The Shroobs would be a much better option and were quite terrifying. Even then, I would prefer Bowser since he went for universal conquest despite being beaten again and again at smaller pursuits. Someone with that much determination deserves respect and fear.

mehhhhhhhhh shroobs were creepy but ehhhhhhhh Tatanga was the big bad, sure he cheeped out and worked for wario but eh he was the first big bad of the mario gameboy games, captured a princess who wasn't peach but daisy hell id go so far to say he should be luigi's main bad guy-well... maybe not i prefer king boo over that idea...

THAT would be awesome but sadly I doubt Tatangta would even be in a game bowser is already in, he should be in a game in which Wario's the villain

Yeah, would have been good to see him back. We still got Daisy, but she's stuck to the spinoffs x.x Guess he's just not as persistent as Bowser. ;_;

Or he's biding his time. It's a shame some kids video game franchises don't always have a lot of ideas. Although for some reason I can't decide whether he'll be as relentless as Bowser in his own unpredictable way or a Mario version of Rentwhistle Swack from Buzz Lightyear for comedic purposes.
