Obviously I grabbed this image from Bioflames.com THE one stop spot for all your Resident Evil 2 prototype/1.5 information.I've wanted to color this picture for a while now and just had the free time today and figured i should do it.
I also erased teh Japanese and replaced it with the Character names.
Note: Linda's last name being Wong is just something i threw in there. I don't actually know if Linda's last name was Wong before the changed her to Ada.
Uhhhhhhh yeah I think tahts all I gotta say?

i saw the original scetch on a diffrent website its suppose to be the the RE2 cast and Dj is hunk elza is claire and linda is ada, and my friend is japenese and she read the names and it is the RE2 cast

yes it is the resident evil 2 cast (at the time) but to my understanding DJ was no hunk rather he played the role of the wounded cop (Marvin)

The characters changed so much for the final. Leon and Claire look like kids and Irons actually looks like a nice guy instead of a creep. so interesting.

its to my understanding Irons was a "good cop" as for Leon and "Claire" Claire wasn't in the picture in this build she was Elza Walker a citizen of Raccoon City.
another thing to note was that in some concept art for resident evil 1 and even 3 the artist made the characters look a lot younger then they were! it is pretty interesting though.

Yeah, I forgot she was originally elsa walker, completely unrelated to chris.
As for Irons, he may have been good in concepts but as you read the books, play the game and so on he's definately one twisted corrupt guy.

Of course the Irons we know now is Twisted! but in the earlier build he looks like he played the role of the wounded cop, but I guess we wont know unless CAPCOM releases the earlier build.

john kendo wasn't in RE1, he was in code veronica. john was the password and so was ada.

the "John" your talking about never appeared in Resident Evil only threw file. "John & Robert Kendo" however ran the gun shop seen in Resident Evil 2. one of the brothers, I believe it was Robert is the one you meet in Resident Evil 2 however I like John better so I used John Kendo rather then Robert Kendo as his name.
This is a cast line up of the Resident Evil 2 Prototype, in which the main characters Leon and Elza had 2 "partners" Leon had Marvin and Linda (or ada), while Elza had Sherry and John (Kendo).

I think Linda is a totally different character from Ada because Ada's name (if i can remember it clearly) is used a password by her boyfriend in the original RE1 .
