I can only agree with Uriko about your lines! They're not the thinnest, but nice to look at.
The faces look really good, same with hands and tails, I just find the paws to look somehow awkward;
they remind me of hands, in a weird way.
Not to forget, the pose is very cute! They really seem huggling tight.
I like the smaller one's expression, it's totally cute. The taller one has a kind of... I duno,
smiling yet neutral expression? The reason might be his character,
so therefore I can't mind.

Now then, are you referring to their feet? Cus yeah, I'm not terribly crazy about how their feet came out either.
As for their expressions, yeah. Perry (The taller one; Dalmatian) is a pretty chill guy where as Josaiah (the short one; mixed breed) is more...energetic? I'm searching for another word, but for now that'll have to do. xD

that's the only thing.
Ok, then it makes sense. For me it seemed a bit weird,
but since I simply didn't know this character I couldn't
judge. Now it's a plus because it convey his characteristics.
