Hey boys and girls! You wanna see how I make sprites?Today we have Robo-Valentine, the 2nd last boss of Guilty Gear 2 Overture. As you can see, I started with Justice as the base (kind of fitting really) and worked from there.
Made in MS paint, rendered in 16 colors.

The light tan could use more contrast, I think, as well as the black. It's very difficult to see the details when fully zoomed out.

Yah, choosing colors on this one was tough. She's pretty much pitch black in game (or technically in video since I haven't played the game). But yah I agree, I'll need to take some liberties on her and the other 20 some characters colors.
