Photon-Wave! Delar Drona, The Scientist of Sancta Prime who years ago inadvertently created a suit which can bend and shape accelerated light particles to his will. His inventions are out of this world (literally!) and even created a device on his suit which allows travel between his own universe and the one We reside in (Captain Unity Universe). He has traveled back and forth in search of knowledge of technology on both sides, while a man of science he has used his suit to help civilians of Earth in their need on various occasions. Need to travel somewhere fast ? He's your guy.
