Dal Rawner, aka Typhoon is actually a humanoid from the planet Neptune. Due to the high winds on the planet, the civilisation of humanoids there have adapted and gained a natural affinity to control or shape the violent winds to develop structures and culture. Dal was one of the few who believed in find other forms of intelligent life and with that, use their abilities to control the populace, with their huge egotistical natures along with an almost God complex to attain full control of the planet. Typhoon apply named came across earth. He was not however expecting the various superheroes, villains, mutants or even god or god like like beings apon the world or bound to it. Slowly but surely he is holding up his own force to take the world slowly.

The longevity of those who herald from Neptune is much more vast than that of Earth, their structure of their bodies allow for the hostile world of Neptune winds thus they are more resilient to harm than the average human. Dal himself is intelligent on a genius level, pair that with ambition that in itself is dangerous let alone his ability to control, create or shape the natural force of the wind puts him in the top list with other powerful villains.
