This OC is for a very old and very dear friend of mine, and his Son. This character
is based on Devin Davis, aka, Achilles. Hope you enjoy it!

Devin Davis is the son of the E.C.O.P. Operative, known as the Titan. Before Devin was born, constant exposure to the experimental battle armor worn by his father, Keenan, altered his subatomic structure. Today Keenan has all the powers of the armor, but the affect altered his DNA. Keenan fathered a child with mutant abilities. Unlike most homo-hyperions, who don't acquire their abilities until puberty, Devin had them from birth. His powers were also killing him. His mother, Kandria, as known as the bounty hunter, Voodoo Vixen, was forced to use her mystic powers to save the baby's life. At a very young age, his father, the Titan, enrolled his son in the Emergency Criminal Opposition Police (E.C.O.P.) Academy. There he wold be trained to control his powers until he was old enough to be released from his mother's magical influence.

Today, young Devil is known as Achilles, expert combatant and telepathic warrior. He's been trained by ECOP and his father to be a ninja like operative. An Olympic level athlete, and an expert swordsman. His psychic powers include, telepathy and telekinetic manipulation. He can force others not to see him, thus giving him the power of invisibility. This he can do over a wide range, and with multiple people at once.

Devin has increased strength, speed and endurance. Thanks to his mother mystic powers, he's invulnerable to magical attacks, and he's able to control his abilities despite his youth. Achilles has recently joined the underground crime frighting team, Youth Ops, against his father's wishes.
