Bio :
Orphaned during a car accident in Hell's Kitchen, Tozen Hokoshi was raised and trained by a nefarious ninja clan, the Hand Clan. For years, Tozen became a celebrated member of the Hand, until one day, he was curious with a box, which contains what the Hand said as The Cursed Web (The Hand believed that the Cursed Web was originated from the blood of Tsuchigumo which was combined with dark magics). He tried to open the box, and as a result, and unknown symbiote like elements covering his whole body. Feeling excited for this new power, Tozen eventually used the power for himself, but as he didn't know exactly how to control the power, he was later knocked out by his own power.

In the next day, Tozen woke up and finally found out that he actually woke up in a strangely familiar place. There, he was saved by none other than Daredevil himself, Matt Murdock. Knowing that Daredevil was the actual target of the Hand, and Tozen himself was part of the Hand, he quickly forgived Matt for what his clan had done to him. Matt told Tozen that he actually forgived Tozen, and in return, Tozen pleaded to become loyal to Matt. Matt agreed, and since then, Tozen became Matt's assistant, while Tozen was later trained by Daredevil to become the Arachnid of Hell's Kitchen: KYOFU.

Powers and Abilities :
1. Enchanced Human Conditioning
2. Spider Sense: Thanks to the Cursed Web power he got, Kyofu has an ability of Spider Sense that will be very useful for him in case he was blinded by his enemies, either temporary or permanently.
3. Expert Martial Artist (Ninjutsu, Jiujitsu, Hapkido, Moi Fah, Karate, Shotokan)
4. Swordmanship (Kenjutsu); Kyofu is ambidextrous, that means he is able to use both right hand and left hand in the same time.
5. Acrobat, parkour, wall crawling, and web slinging abilities
6. Assassination Techniques: Being part of the Hand clan, Kyofu holds the darker ninja secrets of dealing death in myriad ways, from throwing deadly knives to using a poisoned blade.
7. Visions: If Kyofu nearly get hurt, a response is instantly triggered in the Cursed Web that gives him the knowledge of the potential future. This mechanic allows him to adapt to any combat strategy.
8.Thievery and Disguise
9. Weaponry: Having been trained in older forms of weaponry, Kyofu can expertly use weapons, such as bow and arrows or katanas. Kyofu is also able to use modern fire weapons.
10. War Expertise: Kyofu has been trained since birth in the arts of war, combat and swordsmanship.
11. Genetic Memory: The Cursed Web possesses some psychic ability, making it capable of obtaining information from its hosts and even other people and symbiotes simply by touch; The Cursed Web is capable of recalling information from previous hosts. This ability allowed Kyofu to know the former host when the symbiote bonded with him. It can however, be forced to forget information if the symbiote is inflicted with heavy trauma.
12. Offspring Detection: The Cursed Web is also capable of psychically detecting its offspring, however with effort this ability can be blocked.
13. Telepathy: the symbiotes species (including the Cursed Web) communicate both psionically and biochemically with the host and each other. Their powers of the mind initially start out as weak without a host to bond to.
14. Empathetic Empowerment: The Cursed Web symbiote, like others of its kind, is capable of feeding off its host's negative emotions - chiefly rage, hatred, and bloodlust - in order to augment itself. However, doing so has a corrupting effect on the symbiote, causing it to become increasingly bloodthirsty, cruel, and feral.

Weakness :
1. High frequency sounds
2. Phobia/Fear: Kyofu's fears are heights, confinement (claustrophobia), killing innocent people (symbolized in his fear for having to shoot a woman), Lord Hokoshi, clowns,
and being beaten up by his own mentor, Kagenobu 'Nobu' Yoshioka (or in other words, get failed in his own mission).

Attributes and Equipments :
1. The Cursed Web Suit: Being especially made by SHIELD, the suit perfectly combined many Samurai, Ninja, and even Assassin aspects. It has a web shooter, and the suit was made to elaborate the power of the Cursed Web.
2. Katana Sword and Nihonto sword
3. The Hand's Cursed Web Seal: Additionally, Tozen wears two ribbons in one of his arms. These ribbons, are actually the collected seal which was made by the Hand Clan to control the power of the Cursed Web and it remained safe under the hand of the Hokoshi family for years. Tozen got this Seal from his father not long before the car accident happened, let along the Seal as Tozen's 'ticket' to join the Hand. Until now, even when Tozen is able to control the power of the Cursed Web, but due to his little knowledge on the Seal's secret, Tozen is still using the Seal as it would bring a good luck for him.
4. Francis Drake Ring: Tozen got it from Matt Murdock, and he's also wearing it frequently after the Cursed Web Seal. There's a writing inscribed:
Sic Parvis Magna

Trivia :
1. In Japanese, Kyōfu (恐怖) means 'fear'.
2. Ironically, Tozen was a big fan of Captain America.
3. Thanks to Matt's titulage, Tozen actually had a dream to become a lawyer.
4. Tozen currently doubled as an agent of SHIELD.
5. Undoubtedly, Tozen is actually a faithful Catholic believer.
6. Despite his experience as an assassin, Tozen admitted he actually joined street fights and had to make a deal with several debt collectors, Yakuza, and local bandits, which led Tozen into a serious fight with them.
7. Tozen was actually a direct descendant of a Samurai Lord (who joined the Hand Clan) named Lord Hokoshi.

AUTHOR'S NOTE (29th January 2022):
I have just finished watching Spider-Man: No Way Home a month ago, and I was thinking about creating a Marvel OC / Marvelsona and Spidersona after I created Patton Ramzi, Midrab (Tristan Farooq), and Yako-sei.

And... this happened.

Technically, I had this concept while back in year 2020, but as I accidentally lost the 2020 version of the concept, I had to redraw it with better upgrade. As you can see, I took inspiration from 2021 Mortal Kombat live action movie version of Scorpion (Hanzo Hasashi) with the mask partly inspired by the mixture of both Bi-Han and Kuai Liang version of MK9 Sub-Zero mask. This new version of Kyofu also have a more streamlined suit. About to expand Earth-ARV45 with more Marvel OCs.
