For the present day version of Patton Ramzi, it's Patton Ramzi as Night Soldier, one of the founders of the Young Avenging Titans, and one of Captain America's most loyal partners.

Meanwhile, in the future, Patton Ramzi is Captain America Beyond, the true weapon of justice, the new leader of the Justice Avengers, the mentor of James Rogers, and the highest commander of SHIELD. He took the mantle right after Steve Rogers started losing the Super Soldier Serum's effects after losing a fight against the clone of Red Skull.
