Description [Update 20th June 2022: I put a retcon in Commander Feng's backstory, where not all members of Commander Feng's squad, the Crusader Squad, had their inhibitor chips being malfunctioned. I also decided to expand his story and put a plot twist here, where Commander Feng was actually Force Sensitive.
Update 30th September 2022: Finally doing one more retcon for the bio of Kasai Imwe and Commander Feng to avoid continuity error!]

Ah yes, the new Clone Trooper OC is here!

I mean, I have been waiting for a long time to made a military OC, and also having my own fan made military division (I don't know, it's like...3 years? LOL). And this is a freaking proof and result.

I imagined about the Chinese 88th Division of the Kuomintang (KMT) National Revolutionary Army (NRA) during the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937–1945). I always wanted to create a Clone Trooper OC that has a World War I (WW1 or WWI) and World War II (WW2 or WWII) soldier aesthetics. I actually did it here, but I also decided to add Sohei Samurai elements here...because Guardians of the Whills are technically warrior monks. Get it? Trying to give the vibes from Patrol Trooper, trench raider, and military police, too.

First, I would like to mix several Kungfu (or Kung Fu), Wuxia, and Xianxia references in this OC. I mean, look, Mortal Kombat has Shaolin Monks (and White Lotus Society). MK also includes Lin Kuei assassins, so why not Star Wars?

And also, I made Commander Feng's helmet looks like the helmet of Crosshair from the Bad Batch series and also Pre Vizsla from Clone Wars animated series, because Clone Troopers were actually cloned from a Mandalorian Bounty Hunter Jango Fett, and now that the Phase II helmet visor ended up like it almost lost its Mandalorian roots. Commander Feng's helmet is also inspired by a special take on Tarre Vizsla by Jake Bartok on Twitter (go check this out by yourself, it's great!), Clone Assassin from the Revenge of the Sith game, and Imperial Riot Trooper or Riot Stormtrooper helmet from the Force Unleashed II game.

I actually put this in Kasai Imwe's updated bio, but I thought it will be better if I show you his full form. And yes, Commander Feng is a father figure and mentor to Kasai. (And I don't know, I think I drew one of his hands too big!)

Anyway, enjoy his backstory.

Bio :
There was something mysterious on ARC (Advanced Recon Commando) Trooper Commander Feng (CT-3945). Not only he led the 963rd Jedha Division without a Jedi General at all, but also, he had a connection with the Guardians of the Whills. Indeed, Commander Feng was a close friend to Captain Rex (CT-7567) of 501st Legion, Commander Cody (CC-2224) of 7th Sky Corps (and later 212th Attack Battalion during the Imperial Era), and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Commander Feng was indeed a Force Sensitive Clone, but he almost had no desire to become a Jedi.

It all started when the Clone Wars happened. Jedha, which was a Holy City of the Jedi, and also a home of the Guardians of the Whills, was an inevitable target to the droid army and the warlords of Confederacy of Independent Systems (CIS, or simply called Separatists). The Guardians of the Whills were supposed to be the protectors of Jedha, but their lack of members eventually made the Senate and the Jedi Council decided to find another way. Hence, Commander Feng was appointed by the Senate as the consultant of the Guardians of the Whills, while leading his troops there. As the protector of the Temple of the Kyber, Commander Feng made Jedha his home, and, despite being a wanderer and explorer by heart as common with his people, Commander Feng rarely strayed far from Jedha City.

While doing his duty, Commander Feng was entrusted by the Guardians of the Whills to protect a very young Kasai Imwe (native: Kasai Îmwe) (link here) from the grapple of the Separatists. Young Kasai often called Commander Feng as 'uncle'. It was said that Commander Feng's skills on thievery has made Commander Feng became one of the most hated figures by the Separatist Warlords.

During Order 66 (the Great Jedi Purge), Commander Feng's inhibitor chip was malfunctioned, and he was nearly confused as some of the members of the 963rd Jedha Division were killing some Jedi Knights, who were supposed to be their allies. After the Order 66 ended (which was marked by the creation of Galactic Empire), Commander Feng decided to adopt Kasai until Kasai was big enough to be with Kasai's brother, Chirrut Îmwe, without Commander Feng's intervention. Commander Feng would rather hide himself from public, and even from the remaining Jedi and also Chirrut.

During the Imperial Era, Commander Feng realized that Jedha has changed so much since the occupation of Jedha City by the Galactic Empire. Almost having no other choice, Commander Feng decided to use his skills for the sake of the people of Jedha. Commander Feng once stole an important data from the Galactic Empire, and as a result, Commander Feng was nearly hunted down by most Bounty Hunters, especially Boba Fett.

Years later, Commander Feng has removed his inhibitor chip from his head, and he saw Obi-Wan arrived on Jedha again to look after Kasai. This was something Commander Feng rarely saw those years, and when Kasai told Commander Feng about Tarre Vizsla, he was shocked for a while and in order to relieve his own stress, he eventually asked Kasai to be with him for a small ride, and Kasai gladly accepted. During the ride, Commander Feng told a story to Kasai Imwe about the Clone Wars, and how Commander Feng, just like the other clones, knew some of the Mandalorian cultures. At the end, Commander Feng told Kasai that the world outside Jedha was more than what Kasai thought, and Commander Feng encouraged young Kasai to be exactly what he wanted; something that Kasai would really thanked Commander Feng for what Commander Feng has taught him years later.

When Kasai has reached his young adulthood, Kasai decided to left Jedha for Mandalore. Before, Commander Feng told Kasai that Kasai would join Clan Vizsla in order to infiltrate House Vizsla and gaining an ally for the Rebels.

In 0 BBY, Kasai Imwe finally achieved his Jedi knighthood, thanks to Commander Feng's help in Jedha.

Some times after the Battle of Scarif and prior to the Battle of Endor, Kasai Imwe hired Commander Feng to be a back up commander and consultant for the Rebel militia forces, and told the veteran patrol Clone Trooper that he was one of the toughest combatants that Empire had ever gone up against, and who knew full well the reputation that Commander Feng had for finding fellow warriors whom he respected. Commander Feng served in the Battle of Endor, fighting to ensure Emperor Palpatine could never hurt his clone brothers, or anyone else, ever again.

Attributes and Equipments :
1. Specialized and Modified Phase II Clone Trooper Armour: Commander Feng wore an armor which was a combination of ARC Trooper Armour, Desert Gear Armour, Phase I armor, and Phase II armor in order to survive in the cold desert climate based planet (in this case, Jedha). His suit was adorned with Guardians of the Whills Kasaya robes, which also showed his allegiance to the Guardians of the Whills.
2. Electric Staff: The staff itself was made from Beskar steel, making it unbreakable against the Lightsaber
3. DC-17 Blaster Pistols
