Description
Thanks to ~suburbbum for the use of his Energy Sword Keyblade design. I saw his design and thought it would make a really great 3D model, so with his permission I built this. Once again a really awesome design by ~suburbbum , thanks again! Download for full size 1280x720!Original can be found HERE!

Haha thanks! I do believe as I practice different things, my skill set improves in Rhino as well. After modeling the smooth surfaces of the "Energy Sword" part, I'm pretty sure I'm now an expert on the "loft" command xD

Nice! Yeah I was actually trained in Rhinoceros, so that's what I still use, I tried 3DS Max for a while but I found it was a lot different interface that I didn't want to have to get used to, oh well :S I'm good with Rhino for now! But more power to ya in 3DS Max!

yeah well i'll be getting better soon. i'm taking an intro to 3D modeling class right now (even though the teacher is kinda wacky) so good things are yet to come

That's great! Sounds like it could be a lot of fun! I learned this stuff in my engineering tech class at SQHS...but I've kinda taken a more artistic approach than an engineering approach...

Haha I know! That's such a cool design! I wish I had come up with it! But yeah I'm happy with the way it turned out, although I wish I had any photoshop skills at all so I could make the sword actually glow! I tried photoshop for a while...I just can't do it...
