So we have Swiftkit (female), who has her mother's colors and her father's patterns and eyes. Batkit (male) has the colors and eyes of his brother Breezepelt, with the patterns of his mother. Breeze's life and the Crow/Night couple would have been so different if at least one of them had survived.
