Well I was gonna say that you should estate it sometime soon so you can release it shortly after the novel is done XD. I think making a movie would be harder (well depends if you want voices in it

I would make it using after effects and photoshop. And yeah it would take a long time, but it's something that doesn't require a lot of people like a videogame does. Hopefully though I can muster up some people for that so it actually does become a reality.
