I have absolutely no clue what this is supposed represent, but I really like it, especially the goofy arm-mounted gun.

Now THAT was a really cool cosplay. I just thought that was really, really awesome. Beautiful design, just everything about it.
And in all honesty, yes, you in that pic, do look indeed like, to quote the greatness that is Sir Nick of Roche from 2010 "a beautiful tyrant".
