The clothing was the games choice. The hair and face were my choice. Both Fire Emblem and The Legend of Zelda are owned by Nintendo so maybe there's some truth to your observation

I loved designing her.Β Fire Emblem Awakening was my first Fire Emblem Game. I had absolutely no idea what the game was about other than with those characters in Smash Bros (Ike, Roy and Marth at the time) so I went in with an open mind. I loved it because it had SO MUCH TO DO WITH NORSE MYTHOLOGY! I am a total Norse Mythology loving dork XD
Thorin? That Tree Battle? I felt like I was in Game of Thrones or something and I loved how you could marry Chrom and Lucina could be my daughter. It was worth the time I spent playing it. I love that game

Same, I only played Fire Emblem Awakening because I wanted to know who Marth and Ike were (started with Brawl) and wanted especially to know who Robin and Lucina were when they were announced for smash bros 4.
In my first play through I stupidly got Tharja, Yarne, and Gaius killed.. Which sucked because I love Tharja a lot and I had Robin be with Panne my first play through.

That's what's unique about Fire Emblem. you have to be careful to NOT get people killed. I accidentally got a few killed but I'm kind of nuts so I replayed the game and made sure to save everyone even those who were dead weight fighters. I can't remember what pairings I had but if you want I can look it up for you. I just know that Lucina was my daughter and the avatar boy was her kid brother.

It's been a few years XD
I know that I loved that Candy theif and wanted him to be my son in Fates so I hooked up with that guy who covered his face and had that scar. Once again, my avatar kid had an older sibling, this time it was the Candy loving thief only a slightly different design

Is Fates worth it? I heard Birthright is more for Awakening players (Cuz I'm a Casual Mode scum. XD) and Conquest is for hardcore FE Players. I do wanna pick up Three Houses for switch possibly, and while I love orrin in Smash 4 and Ultimate, I've heard both from the smash community and the FE community that Corrin is god awful. I mean, in smash their voices both male and female are annoying, but I can get past that.

It's not AS up my alley as Awakening was because it focused more on Japanese history than Nordic History (at least my version) but it's really up to you. You still have pay attention and NOT let people get killed in it

I'm not sure what you mean by that. You just have to get new characters through their debut chapter as far as I can recall and they won't die for good. There was this one character where you had to befriend him by a certain chapter otherwise he'd die in a cut scene and he'd stay dead
