Okay, I think I lost a few brain cells doing this. But I really can't stand Hetalia OCs like this. State OCs are a little bit annoying, since they're fairly over done, but if it's well-made and relates to the history of the state, then I'll respect you for it. If it's just a lame self-insert so you can sex up England or Russia or whoever, then it might be an idea to redesign a bit.
I've never actually seen a Pangaea OC, but maybe that's a good thing? Making it was a bit on the mentally scarring side

There are actually some out there. I've even seen one with rainbow eyes. I don't even know why they personify Pangaea. It existed way before humans did. If anything, it should be a dinosaur.
