OK Since it's been a couple of years now and no one put up all the solutions yet.
Here they are!
1: Any pants, any shoes, All shirtless
2: Wear nothing
3: Denim vest, a shirt, Helmart jeans, Laceup flats
4: Any combinations with Steelclawed combats on
5: No jacket, Bellhop tank, leather boxers, thong sandals
6: Copy what Bent was wearing, that is No jacket, Black tank, Bent cargos and Laceup flats
7: Romantic tunic, panel tank, leather jeans, zipup boots
8: Arms-Out hoodie, Predistressed tee, Junkyard Jeans
9: Wear nothing but only Kispet on
10: Studded Suspenders, Fishnet Halftop, Laced leggings, Shit-Kickers
11: Touchguy leathers, barechested, junkyard jeans , steelclawed combats => when Bent asked for some more accessories, CLICK LEATHER JOCK and there you go!
12: Wear nothing but only Leather jock on
13: Leather Vambrace, Chest harness, Leather bucklejeans, Shit-kickers
14: Biker Jacket, Barechested, Utility Chaps, Motocross greaves
15: Officer cuirass, Barechested, Leather jeans, Marching boots
16: Bike-like hoodie, V-neck tee, helmart jeans, glam sneaks

After you complete 18 dots, try number 11 again (Touchguy leathers, barechested, junkyard jeans , steelclawed combats) Then Grant will get another boxes containing 8 fancy underwears! woof!!

#8 only requires one item, but it doesn't have to be alone. It also isn't random. It's something Bent is particularly inclined to comment on.

#6 is really right under your nose. #8 only requires a single thing, though if you're trying it alone, the fact that you have no pants probably trumps it and causes you to not get it. I specifically put checks in to resist brute force approaches.

Bent gives you lots of clues for that. There are only so many items that have gaps and studs.

Well, I never would've figured ALL of them out without the comments, but that was tons of fun nonetheless. I always have trouble coming up with interesting outfits for masculine guys, so this was educational

Because there's an extra step after you put the first three things on. Pay attention to what Bent says. Just trying all the boots isn't enough.

I'm entirely stuck on 11, all of the the guy's advice got me to 11-1-9-7 and I've looked at every comment and tried to follow all of the advice but I'm stuck at looking for a belt or accessory. I tried putting the chest harness on but the guy says I shouldn't have a shirt on to show off my nipple rings. I'm completely stuck and it's really frustrating urg.
