I've recently joined the DA costume guild (*costumeguild), so I'm uploading a couple of past costumes.

This is from last Halloween, where I finally lived up to my namesake Luke (Skywalker). The fun parts of making this were learning how to sew to make my own blaster/lightsabre belt (a skill which has served me well since then in repairs), and choosing what existing clothes I had would give the right impression. It's not about what the costume is actually made of, but that it triggers recognition in the viewer.

Plus, everyone should go through the ritual of constructing their own lightsabre. It's a lot of fun!
