6.5/10 while this movie was still watchable and somewhat enjoyable not to mention how it did have some funny moments that i did get a laugh out of, while i was watching this film i felt like i was watching a pilot movie...and i think maybe it was a pilot film according to wikipedia this film is suppose to be the first installment of a hanna barbera cinematic universe and a lot of studios when they try to start a cinematic universe focus too much on settup up for future films rather than focusing on their current oneperhaps im being to soft on this film because its about scooby doo and i've been a die hard scooby doo fan since i was 6

In my opinion, it would be 9.
I didn’t like how the Blue Falcon was portrayed as a selfish jerk, but I LOVED how they threw in Dastardly and Muttley, in a way they made the movie work.
