The coloring on this one came out really smooth and nice. For the next few I will probably switch to digital for practice with my new tablet. It's odd, but I was so used to the old one that I'm having trouble adjusting to the nice new one lol.
Anyway, I really liked Swiftpaw in the books; he just had this can-do attitude. Too bad his attitude got him killed... I figured a simple black and white coat would be good for him. I didn't use any design refs, so this is just my own version of him. I love drawing black and white kitties.

And again! With the color works! Much bolder shading here than most of your other colored pencils, which probably worked even better thanks to his simpler colors. Β Left a lot of room to be bold and hard and come out with something very clean. Love it!
I always liked Swift's 'can-do' attitude as well. I can totally understand where he came from, though. He was being unfairly held back and needed the chance to move forward. If he had to go the extra mile and play the game, he was going to do it, by StarClan! >:c

Yeah, poor guy. I feel like my Rainpaw is like that too, but also more bitter about it. That might be a fun plot point for her; she is jealous of her sister, but happens to get noticed by this really awesome, sleek, clever ShadowClan warrior...
