How naive an author can be?

I invented metallic, social-insect based people. Not the most original idea for a sci-fi alien race.

I gave then a legendary warrior — who is basically a supersized Giger's xenomorph with laser cannons on his arms and ballistic missiles on his back.

I gave him a name almost identical to a Transformers group.

And, I made a lot of illustrations like this one, trying to mimicry professional materials with watercolors and pencils.

Gee. My bad.
