basically its like, its supposed to be funny because you don't exactly know what he did with the coca-cola bottle. so you kind of have to guess. another example would be a picture of george bush saying, 'I ACCIDENTLY THE WHOLE ECONOMY' Which was another popular one. - best way to explain I guess haha. its humorous to me anyway haha, some people don't get it i guess. it's an internet meme.
