Aaaand the sister picture.I think I'm going to have to use inked outlines to get the best of both worlds here. I had to touch up Shiny Celebi's lines a lot more than her friend's. Also, the blur tool was used here where it wasn't before.
I have to say, I think I prefer the green one, but either way I love them both.
...This will probably be on my binder covers when I go back to school. :3 <3

I drew Celebi traditionally, then scanned it. Then, in Photoshop, I erased the paper background and made the pink swirly stuff. :3 Simple, really.

I love the whole fergin thing as a matter of fact! The pink background and the white whisps are so free and cute! But the celebi is what I really love! The fact that it was done with traditional media is fantastic!

Something about celebi's grin makes it some kind of strange-cute. Oh and OMG The Wings Are So Kawaii!
This is definitely going to make it into the top three!
