I OUGHT TO LEARN HOW TO USE VECTORSOnce again, I did this all by hand. I'm sure it would have taken me a whole lot less to just up and look for a tutorial on VECTORS, but noooo, ~Piika had to go and do it all by herself and be dumb.
That said, I adore how this came out gosh.
Parsley, my Phione, has been one of my greatest NU-tier in-game choices ever. He totally TOTALLED Lance in Soul Silver... with the help of Lewis, my Glaceon, but still.This is a tribute to my adorable spice of the sea!

It's a form of lineless style. You're supposed to make everything by creating these shapes with a photoshop tool, and the end result is really smooth looking and nice.
