If Wario crossover with Bomberman, i guess Wario should crossover with Shantae next. The gameplay would be in style of the Wario Land games and Captain Syrup would have a villainness team-up with Risky Boots!

Wario could be spotted in Risky's team, as the pirate life would help him get lots of treasure, rivalling Captain Syrup, however, he learns that Shantae's abilities would help him reach newer heights in the world, finding all new adventures and treasures, so he teams up with her to achieve more than ever.
That'd be a blast.

You're not the only one who has that thought. When you compare the artwork for Wario Land: Shake It!, to that of Shantae's artworks, the art styles do look highly similar.
Anyway, I will state that Wario and Shantae would heavily dislike each other. But regardless of the distrust, the two would have to put their differences aside to get Wario back to his home dimension.
