Description
"Day One of the experiment; Already Subject Emerald has requested something extra to eat from me. I had explained to him several times before that his portions would be tightly controlled and he would be fed at certain times everyday, but it seems like he hadn't paid any attention to any of the explanations. I don't think he's gonna like what I need to him to do tomorrow. Guess this is gonna be a long month...Day Two of the experiment; During the experiment, I required Subject Emerald to fast so that I could get accurate results in tomorrow's data collection, but this request seemed to irritate him. Sure not eating for a day would annoy me as well, but I didn't expect him to throw a chair across the room after hearing what he would have to do that day. I had to put him in one of the discipline chambers for a few hours, I don't like to do it, but he must learn to control his aggression that I didn't program when I granted him sentience. I'm sure he'll be thrilled to know that he can resume consumption tomorrow and that there are only two more times he must go through cold turkey in this experiment.
Day Three of the experiment; After Subject Emerald's fast, I had to collect data on his current vitals, mental health, and physical limitations. His voice sounded more desperate in his tone when he again asked for extra food, which is understandable as I made him go through yesterday's system reset. But five minutes ago I had fed him properly before I collected the data, so his request was a bit unusual. Emerald was designed to function as any other person would, so he should not have felt hunger at that point in time. I get the feeling that he has developed an obsession with food and he believes he will die if he does not get it. I should probably look into resetting his personality as well... but, something about him makes me hesitant about it.
Day Four of the experiment; Subject Emerald whines so much, it's giving me a headache. He has eaten more ravenously every time I feed him, even though he should not feel any ounce of starvation. He did whine so loud at one point that it startled me enough to drop a beaker. As punishment for his behavior, I made him clean up the mess. That was sort of a mistake, as he tried to eat the glass he swept up. Tomorrow I will have to evaluate his vitals again, but with this new attitude of his, I don't think he'll accept the restraint I must put him in to collect the data.
Day Five of the experiment; I'm ready to snap, his whining has yet to cease. I had to collect more data of his vitals, but this time I had to restrain him in a contained environment. It took me two hours to get him into the tube, and I was exhausted. He banged on the glass and yelled profanities at me while requesting again extra food. I could see smoke coming off of my head, I knew that I had to control his temper before I lost control of mine, so after collecting the data, I made him exercise a bit to let off some steam. This wouldn't affect the data as some exercise is required for the study. I may have to reconsider my previous plan to reset his personality, and not let hesitation stop me.
Day Six of the experiment; Fuck it, I'm done. All my data is null and void, I lost my temper and ruined him. I've now trained this bastard to be spoiled and show aggression until he gets what he wants. I should've looked into controlling myself a bit more before starting this experiment... The next attempt as this experiment will be in seven days... END LOG ENTRY.
A scene that TheAlchemistKing and I came up with where CE was created as a default subject for nutritional experiments, but was given too much personality and defiance, which sets off Alch's short temper. Hope you like it, Alch! ^-^
