This is the coloured version of this lineart [link] byI really enjoyed colouring this, at least until I came to the background.
I had originally handrawn a background in photoshop, but it looked, speaking mildly, like nine kinds of hell... So I found an image of New York on google and toyed with it in PS and, ta-daa, I had a nice looking background for this lovely lineart

Oh my gosh! I remember watching that show when I was younger! You did an awesome job on the picture and now it makes me want to watch it all over again. D: *sigh* I miss that show.

It is an awesome show, isn't it? I can't take all the credit for this picture though, the lineart was made by ~Neomae and I just coloured it...
If you want to watch the show, you should by the dvd's 
They're really good and the extra material is very nice. Especially the part where the guy who voices Brookly, The Magus AND Owen holds a one man conversation between the three of them

Hmm, I don't know what they cost actually. I had my uncle bring them back from America when he and his family were on a vacation

I don't know if it's cheaper, but I couldn't obtain here in Denmark since the show never aired here... Which is both a blessing and a curse.
It's a blessing because Gargoyles would have been ruined by the awful danish voice actors and it's a curse because it's only during the last 3-4 years I've even known about the wonder that is Gargoyles...

If you practise I think anybody would be able to colour as well as this and perhaps even better.
When I started using the pc for colouring it looked like nine kinds of hell, but now I'd say I'm quite good at it...
