Some day the Justice League will ether brake up or be put out of action and when that day comes a new team has to be formed. I know that the name for the Back-up Justice League is Justice League International but I didn't won't to constrain you, they can be the Justice League International if you won't be if you can think of a better name then go ahead

Rule 1: You can only know characters in the DC universe, that part should be obvious.
Rule 2: You can not know eny of the main members, this includes Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Barry Alan Flash, Hal Jordan Green Lantern or Martian Manhunter. I won't to see how creative you can be and if you knows the seven regulars then it won't be special.
Rule 3: You can not have more than one members of one team on your team unless they are from a venison of the Justice League like Justice League International or Justice League Dark, otherwise it mite as well be that team.
Rule 4: Your team must have four or five male members and two or three female ones to keep diversity.
