I had this idea for a while know but I didn't go any further with it until I sore Type 40 Productions video on the exact same topic. Doctor Who What If: Tom Baker Had Left Earlier? - YouTube Unlike in his video though, Tom Baker leaves at the end of season 17 and not season 15, I also decided to borrow his idea of David Dixon as the 5th Doctor.

Season 17:

This has the same stories as aware timelines season 17 except for Horn of Nimon, Tearing of the Vail has been made the 4th Doctor's last story with the evil entities in that story sucking the Doctor's life force out, causing him to regenerate.

Season 18:

This version of season 18 is very different from aware season 18 as according to Douglas Adams and Graham Williams said they would have stayed longer if Tom Baker had left. So here, Douglas Adams and Graham Williams are still the showrunners and Romana and K.9. leaves in the 5th story with Nyssa being introduced at the end.

Season 19:

This is when J.N.T. takes over as produces and since this season doesn’t have to give the 4th Doctor his exit, it focuses more on introducing new character such as Tegan and Adric. The E-Space arc has now been moved to the end of the season and not in the middle. Also, the Master in now the main villian of the act and is now introdused in Full Circul in the same way his was introdused in the Keeper of Traken exept he takes the body of a elder from Adric's villega.
