Description The Billy Mitchell Class Fighter Carrier is another TOS era design by John "Marcus Starkiller" Bandow.

The ship is named after General William "Billy" Mitchell, "father" of the U.S. Air Force. And as such, the hull numbers are the year when USAF became it's own branch, separate from the U.S. Army.

side note also one of the tactical minds behind Pearl Harbour. Had the thing predicted exactly as it happened to within a few hours of the actual time, also taught the Japanese how to do it.
