Thank you for viewing. This is a first for me! I know this is Wastwater yet again, but this is my first time ever at night photography. Ignore the time on the meta data, it should read pm not am. Taken at 11 pm at night, tripod cable release. not a clue what I was doing, guessed a time for the exposure and hit and miss on focus! But for myself I was pleased with the result. Anyone who would like to offer any tips or advice on landscape photography at night, I would really welcome it. Think I could get into this I enjoyed it.

I know a number of people that do night shots that make them look like day... this is like a heavy end of sunset type colour... but for me personally it misses the moodiness of night. There is a difficult balance between giving the viewer enough context to know what is going on against not losing that beautiful limited light offered by night... just my thoughts...
Of course, many will want to see just that, so its just my thoughts and Im set a bit more in what you see in the image is what you get when you are there... anyway, love your work and just offered one opinion.
