Description This was taken this morning, between Te Awamutu and Ohaupo, in the Waikato, North Island, New Zealand. The shot itself was taken as an experiment trying out a new lens. Taken in raw formatt, the ONLY post capture processing taken place is to adjust the white balance. Apart from that, what you see before you is the magical sight I had the honour and pleasure of witnessing. When the landscape and the elements conspire to create a photographers dream. My favourite condition, mist and sunrise combined, made my day for sure.

I... I... That is just... Amazing... I LOVE IT~! I love the color of the sun and the surrounding sky. Plus, the effect of the mist and the unseen landscape below it and the few treetops. I think out of all the photos you've taken, this is my favorite.
