Never saw this until now, and it absolutely blew me away! I noticed the similarity between it and your "Resting" piece from 2010 (hard to believe it's been that long. . .), and the improvement is seriously so great! I really love the less refined aspect to this piece compared to "Resting" though, it has a much more natural feel to it, and it just really draws you in. The colours are so beautiful, and the contrast between and foreground, sky and landscape is fantastic.

This work here is stunning with very keen detail to the lighting and landscape designs. This looks as if the original is much larger than this to capture all of the fine details.

It's inspired by a series of photographs the commissioner sent me, very loosely based off of one of them, but mostly just made up
