Another collab done
Second pic colored in one day, I'm a bit tired but I think it was worth it. The clothes and hair were a bit rushed because I used all of my attention spam in the skin, in which I had lots of fun 
This lineart is from my dear friend ~Gogeta16a . I hope you like it buddy, sorry if the background sucks (if you want it in transparent background - without the pink and/or the text XD - let me know).

Of course you are. You draw amazingly well, and you color pretty well too. I can't say the same about me, I'm only good for coloring. But I would be honored to be able to colour something drawn by you one day

seriously? dawww. well coloring for me is... scruffy , i dunno how to clean up line art, and i literally just paint bucket everything haha. but yes, wow it wud be an honor to have you color any of my pieces! but gosh, I havent got any good lineart

lol When I started coloring digitally I was useless too. This was the kind of crappy stuff I did when I joined DA [link] 
It doesn't have to be a clean lineart. Pencil drawings are fine too.

wow LOL the change is fantastic. hey at least its better than me i cudnt color or adjust contrast at first (scanner to DA ) lol. and yh, ive been working with pencils/pens anyway, but ive never done anything crispy clean and dbz kai like yet. im still trying to figure it out

Illustrator? I thing Photoshop would be a better choice. Illustrator is more suitable for graphic works, such web design and such. But I'm no expert in Photoshop either. I find it difficult to handle, and to learn how to do things in there. Plus, it's extremely heavy for my old laptop. Everytime I try to use my computer feels like is about to explode any second XD That's why I prefer the simplicity of Paint Tool Sai. But Gimp is a good choice too, if you prefer something like Photoshop, and it's free XD

Yes, Paint Tool Sai is very light, even for old computers. Gimp is a bit heavier, but nothing in comparison to Photoshop.

Yes, I think expressive eyes are important when there isn't much to work with headshots and torso-up pictures. It's what gives live to the character
