Yeah, it's my first try at this. I've always loved abstract vector art, but never sat down and did my own. So I thought I'd give it a try.

I like the color combinations on this, although try making your own brushes or whatnot, because generic brushes are so commonly used and you can only really make certain types of pictures with generic brushes.
the helicopter is weird in the place it is now, either try moving it, or don't have it at all. actually i think it would look good not there at all. Try having more stuff up by the lady, she looks very lonely and such.
The barcode thingy at the top looks really out of place, try removing it or adding more things to that corner (although that would make it really busy). If you have lines going from one corner to another corner either it needs to go off the page with nothing there or lead to something climatic in the other corner.
Otherwise, great job at this style, mostly great placement and whatnot. Its really good for a first try ! make more of this type!
oh and by the way, a lot of this may be personal taste. and this isn't hystericritic on her account, its jessicanicole42191 on hystericritic's account, just to let you know, in case you cared which you probably don't, but whatever!
