Description
Cell: A character created by Akira Toriyama for the series Dragonball(Z). Cell served as a villaian and foil to the character Son Gohan, the son of the series' protagonist, Son Goku. Cell was a being who was bioengineered to be a creature of absolute perfection in terms of form and fighting ability. As such, he was portrayed as extremely prideful and narcissistic. As opposed to Gohan, a child with power comparable to that of Cell's, but whom had a personality of humility, and many times insecurity. As a character, Cell serves as an example of the dangers of being overly prideful and arrogant. He was ultimately defeated by Gohan, who enlisted the help of his friends and allies to finally vanquish the monster.
