Ok, from a comedic stand point, I see what you were going for, but honestly, the subversion doesn't really work. We expect her to have some sort of defense and remain untouched and the "infinite panty" joke is mostly funny when animated due to the movement. Maybe what would have worked slightly more if you went for subverting Lilithur and while Giselle lays down, he whoops out a hole-puncher and starts sorting the paperwork (get it? PENETRATION!).
