Apparently there is an option at Pixiv that is very similar or identical to Patreon. It's called "FANBOX" there. As an example, see the Pixiv member "M.vv".

I have been a member of your Patreon account for a short time. On the one hand there are beautiful pictures that are missing on Deviat Art and Pixiv, but in the end it is a big disappointment! Patreon obviously has strict guidelines about nudity and eroticism. All these pictures with bare breasts or even sex are deleted there today (March 2020).
In a lot of pictures here on Deviant Art you still make false promises.
