After doing Crystal Man, why not also do Heat Man?

Here's my take on a bio for this dude. He's almost 30, he's German, he's from Potsdam, he's not attractive, he's Fredrik Woltzheim (you could say he's of Jewish descent if you want, but he ain't religious), his voice is youthful but very cackly like Mark Hamill's Hobgoblin, he was a factory employee, he has no family members after him other than an older sister unknown to Mega Man and his father Dr. Light, and he also suffered a similar accident as Mr. Freeze from DC, specifically the DCAU (Batman: The Animated Series). But it wasn't ordinary material that went in his veins, and he succumbed to it out of what seems to have been the difficulties of those that fused him (another DCAU/BTAS Mr. Freeze reference). While Mega Man doesn't know what caused all of it, the info he did know meant he wouldn't just go after Heat Man but also those that were his enemies before the powers came in. Heat Man uses a fire gun, but can also possess fire like this is chakra, DC's Firefly, or Marvel's Human Torch and Pyro (appeared in X2 and X-Men: The Last Stand). He might as well be the TF2 Pyro in personality minus the imaginations of MLP-like worlds.
