For this render, I used Blender. I made it so the blue background didn't affect the lighting by using light path nodes. Then I made sure there were no light sources, and I used some custom emission textures t mimic the minimal lights from Mr. Freeze. The goggles were their own mesh, so I could just make them a simple red emission. The scene is influenced by an episode from Batman: The Animated Series titled Heart of Ice, in which Batman gets caught by Mr. Freeze after watching footage of Victor getting kicked into chemicals by Boyle. Maybe some will find the appearance of the chicken soup a bit odd, but I still thought the episode was great.
