The dude from Scooby-Doo.I nicked him for background use in one of my samples (to be posted soon). I always loved this character's design. I thought he was freaky and very typically 'Scooby-Doo'. A few years later when I started collecting X-Men comics, I loved the fact that he looked like the original Sentinels. Wonder if he's a bit of a homage to them?

I actually liked Charlie. He was an interesting robot. And he was a breath of fresh air from the typical villains in costumes trope.
